How this plan works for Alohi.

We're running this same system right now to launch Sama Dermatology for Dr. Sacharitha Bowers. Here's how it would work for Alohi, with her real work along the way.

Prepared for Dr. Sparks

Built backward from the conference

The conference date sets everything else. We work back from it: production first, so there's something real to advertise with, then the build, then the push. The goal isn't only a full room. It's that the day after the conference, Alohi has a brand, an audience, and a library of content that can carry whatever comes next.

Foundation

Brand direction and one production day. Brand film, your story on camera, photography, and a library of social content.

Build

We cut that footage into ads, build the page, the CRM, and the follow-up, and start the social content posting so the brand has a pulse before anyone runs an ad.

Launch

Ads on. Registrations come in and the list grows. We scale what's working and cut what isn't, weekly.

After

The room empties, the audience doesn't. Footage from the event feeds the next round, and the list becomes the launch audience for whatever Alohi becomes.

How it works

1

Someone sees an ad

A person who already cares about how they age sees a short video on Facebook or Instagram, cut from the footage we filmed: what Alohi stands for, who is behind it, and why this room is worth being in. We run several versions at once against different audiences, so the numbers tell us who Alohi's people actually are instead of us guessing.

2

They land on a page built for one decision

The ad takes them to a page in Alohi's brand, with the film that explains what this is and why it exists, and one clear next step. Not a website with a menu. One page, one story, one ask.

They hear back right away

Their information goes into a CRM built for this, and they get an automatic text within seconds. Someone on your side is notified at the same moment so a real person can follow up. Speed matters: the sooner someone hears a friendly voice, the more likely they are to commit.

Most people won't decide the first week, and that's fine. They keep getting warm texts and emails with short clips from the footage we already filmed, answering their questions until they're ready. Nothing in that sequence has to be written twice. It runs on its own.

They commit — and they stay on the list

They register, and we can see exactly which ad, which photo, and which audience brought them in. That's the part that compounds: every dollar teaches us something about who Alohi is for.

And the people who don't register this time don't disappear. They stay in the list, warm, already familiar with the brand. That list is the asset. It's what turns one conference into the first thing Alohi did rather than the only thing.

What you actually end up owning

A brand film. A photography library. Months of social content. Ads that have been tested against real audiences. A page, a CRM, and a follow-up sequence that keep running. And a list of people who have already said they're interested. The conference is the reason to build all of it now. It isn't the end of what it's for.
