One shoot. Eleven ads. This is what a creative library looks like.

Everything below came out of a single day of filming and photography with Dr. Sacharitha Bowers. No stock, no reshoots, no waiting on a designer. This is the Meta launch library for Sama Dermatology, shown here so you can see the actual work rather than a description of it.

4
audiences, each with its own pain point and photo
11
ad units across feed, brand, and carousel
1
shoot day behind all of it
8
brand colors pulled from the photography itself

The palette came from the photographs.

Every backdrop on the shoot day was lit in a brand color on purpose, so the photography and the brand system are the same thing. Nothing has to be color-corrected to match later.

Which photo does which job.

Five distinct looks came out of the day across four backdrop colors. Each one is assigned to a specific job in the campaign, so nothing gets used at random.

Reels, stories, thumbnails

Four audiences, four different conversations.

Same practice, same offer, same call to action. What changes is the pain point, the photo, and the headline. All four run at once so the numbers tell us who is really out there, instead of us guessing.

Ads with no photo at all.

Logo, color, one clean message. These run against the photo ads to see which wins, and they tend to outperform in retargeting because they build name recognition rather than restate the pitch.

And one ad that tells the whole story.

A five-card carousel that earns the swipe: the problem, what it costs you, the person who fixes it, how it works, and the ask. The last card is the only hard sell in the sequence.

THE REALITY
The average wait to see a dermatologist is 8 months.
Swipe to see what that actually costs you
THE PROBLEM
And when you finally get there, you get two minutes with someone who isn't really looking.

Where all of it points.

Every ad in the library drives one action. The path is the same no matter which ad someone clicks: the ad stops the scroll, the landing page tells the story, the follow-up sequence keeps the conversation warm, and the booking page closes it. Because the whole library shares one destination, we can tell exactly which photo, headline, and audience produced each booking, and put the money there.

This is one shoot, put to work.

Eleven ad units, a full brand palette, a photo system, and a carousel, all from a single day of production. That's the part most people miss: the filming isn't the deliverable. This is.
