THE BRIEF
[WHAT SHE CAME TO YOU WITH — the problem in her words, two or three sentences. Keep it specific: what she'd already tried, what wasn't working, what she wanted to be known for.]
WHAT WE MADE
A brand film built around her own story, a video sales letter for the funnel, a library of short-form cuts for the quarter, and the lead system underneath it — landing page, CRM, booking calendar and paid ads, all connected and running.
The brand film.

THE SYSTEM UNDERNEATH
It doesn't stop at the footage.
She's not a client with a content package. She's a talent we manage.
Most agencies hand a physician some reels and an invoice. Dr. Noorhasan has a standing production operation, a platform being built underneath it, and someone whose job is to put her in the rooms she should be in — and get her paid for being there.
Production days on the calendar. Recurring shoots. One day yields a quarter of material — clinical explainers, reaction pieces, photography, and the short-form work that travels. She shows up and talks. Everything after that is ours.
One channel, zero friction. Raw footage drops into a single Slack thread and moves straight to the edit. Nothing to upload, nothing to chase, nothing lost between her phone and our timeline.
Two lanes, chosen on purpose. Clinical explainers build trust — fallopian tube egg pickup, the PCOS renaming, what marijuana actually does to fertility. The reaction series builds reach, with the misinformation she pushes back on chosen by her, never by us.
The platform underneath. We're building her site, funnel and CRM as one connected system. A fertility patient who finds a reel, a clinic weighing a referral, and a conference organizer looking for a speaker each land somewhere built for them — and every one of them ends up in a database she owns, not rented from a platform.
A speaking reel, shot where she actually speaks. Not studio footage repurposed. Her on stage, in front of real rooms — live delivery, real audiences, the presence you can't fake to a camera in a quiet studio. Cut for program directors and event bookers, who are watching for one thing: can she hold a room.
Speaking as a strategy, not an accident. We work the calendar the way a manager would — which stages are worth her time, which build the reputation that brings the next invitation, and how the content feeds the bookings while the bookings feed the content.
Brand partnerships, on her terms. A physician with a real audience gets approached. The job is knowing which approaches are worth taking, what the work is actually worth, and how to say yes without spending the credibility that made her valuable in the first place.
A personal brand that earns. Speaking fees, partnerships, the practice itself — the point of all of it is a physician whose reputation is an asset she owns and can monetize, rather than a following she maintains for free.
